This update if for New Great Effetcts 1.3

Changes needed:

- The name will change to New Great Effects 1.4
- The attached files will replace the old files
- The pics will change
- The Topic for comments, Idears and support link will go to the New Great Effects 1.4 post, not to the New Great Effects 1.3 post

I have repared some fails in the old version, i have created new textures, i have created/edited some effects and i have created a sami insttaler.

This mod improves all the visual effects in SA.
